El Casco is a partisan who appears in the television movie Sharpe's Gold.

He approaches the British forces to make an offer of trade; 52 British deserters for 50 rifles. Sharpe and his company are tasked with completing the trade.
In addition to partisan activities, el Casco seems also to be a South American death cult leader. His men kill Bess Nugent and take Ellie Nugent for their ritual. It is she Sharpe must return to rescue. In the ensuing action, el Casco is shot and killed by Harper.
